Randall is a criminal trial attorney with extensive experience defending clients in significant criminal matters, including murder and other violent crimes, felony drug cases, sex cases, and motor vehicle offenses such as OUI. In addition, Randall represents clients charged with federal crimes in the U.S. District Court for the District of Maine. Whether cases resolve by plea agreement or proceed to trial, Randall has a reputation for obtaining excellent results.
Before becoming a defense attorney, Randall served seven years as an assistant district attorney for Cumberland County. While a prosecutor, Randall tried over 100 misdemeanor and felony cases before juries in Superior Court. Having prosecuted crimes gives Randall a unique perspective and advantage in defending clients in criminal matters.
In addition to his work representing clients, Randall is the Chair of the Maine State Bar's Criminal Law Section. He is also a member of the Domestic Violence Advisory Committee, representing the interests of domestic violence defendants.
