Ms. Gonzales joined Strike, Goodwin & O’Brien in March 2008. She began her legal career in 2001 and has since enjoyed a successful trial practice involving both civil and criminal matters. For the last several years, Ms. Gonzales has focused primarily on criminal defense work.
Ms. Gonzales graduated cum laude from George Mason University School of Law in Arlington, Virginia. During law school, Ms. Gonzales was awarded the George Mason Law School Fellowship, the GMUSL Alumni Scholarship Award for her contributions to the law school, and the Public Interest Summer Fellowship Award for her dedication to providing legal services to low-income individuals. She was a member of the Moot Court Board and President of the Association for Public Interest Law. Ms. Gonzales received her undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia.
